CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant

We are looking for dedicated and caring CNAs to assist residents with daily activities, provide personal care, and help ensure their comfort and well-being.
Your role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of care that our residents deserve.
- 3 PM - 11 PM Shift *
- Essential Functions : *
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
- Assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises.
- Help residents with meals, including feeding when necessary.
- Ensure residents' rooms are clean, organized, and safe.
- Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines.
- Qualifications : *
- New Jersey Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Previous experience in a senior living facility or similar environment is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic computer skills for documenting care activities.
