Schedule : Part-time, 2 weekdays / 9 am 5 pm. One day focused on housekeeping duties and the other on companionship.
Location : White Plains, NY
Salary : $30 - $35 / hr.
Overview :
A lovely woman in White Plains, NY is seeking a trustworthy, friendly, and reliable domestic housekeeper / companion.Light housekeeping and occasional laundry are required.
The Companion should be neat, clean up after herself, and help keep the home tidy in tandem with the efforts of the family.
Must be experienced working as a companion.The client prefers someone who is a good listener and a pleasant conversationalist with a sense of humor.
Must be professional, but friendly, and highly trustworthy.
Duties
- Housekeeping for a 3000 sq ft house, including but not limited to :
- Vacuuming, dry / wet mopping, and floor care
- Dusting all surfaces, furniture, knick-knacks, blinds, window ledges
- Disinfecting and cleaning bathrooms and vanities
- Laundry; wash, fold, and put away
- Changing towels and bed linens
- Companionship, including but not limited to :
- Keep a watchful eye on the client while preserving their feeling of independence
- Assist, as requested
- Engage in conversation and / or activities the client enjoys
- Run occasional errands

Requirements
- 5+ years experience as a companion or similar position
- Excellent references and clean background check
- Valid Drivers LicenseNon-Smoker
- Must have own, reliable vehicle and insurance
