Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage ESG projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope and budget.
- Develop and implement ESG strategies and initiatives in line with client objectives and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG principles into business operations and decision-making processes.
- Prepare and present comprehensive ESG reports and documentation to clients and stakeholders.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication to promote transparency and foster trust.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of ESG principles and their application.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering results on time and within budget.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- PMP or Six-Sigma certification is mandatory.
