Currently, we are searching for a stone industry Outside Sales Representative for our client in the Cincinnati market with aspirations to grow into a sales leader / executive with the company.
Our client is a premier natural and engineered stone supplier with locations in multiple major markets and still growing!

We need a Sales Representative with knowledge and experience selling both face-to-face and over the phone to stone fabrication shops.
At this time, our client is not interested in candidates who only have experience with B2C, retail, or in-home sales.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients specifically, stone fabrication shop owners, managers, and decision makers.
- This territory will immediately start with 50-70 accounts but some business development will be necessary long term, which will include networking and some cold calling.
- Develop and implement sales strategies in Cincinnati, Indianapolis, and Columbus markets.
- Collaborate with purchasing department, managers, and other staff to confirm that orders are processed with accuracy and efficiency and that products are distributed properly.
REQUIREMENTS :
- 2+ years of stone slab sales experience, specifically selling to stone fabrication shops
- Advanced knowledge of stone industry products
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Comfortable providing quotes, credit terms, and other financial info to clients.
COMPENSATION :
- Total Comp expectations $50,000 - $84,000
- Base + Commission Base salary varies based on talent and experience
