This role is an in-office position for candidates within a commutable distance of our Irvine location. This role is an Exempt Salary ranging from $120,000-170,000 .

This role is open to candidates who do not require visa sponsorship.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and implement operational strategies, processes and objectives through working collaboratively with executives and other leaders to ensure alignment with the overall organizational strategy.
• Efficiently allocate and manage resources, including budgets and personnel resources to maximize operational effectiveness.
• Identify potential risks to the organization's operations and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Prepare regular reports on operational performance for senior management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment and collaboration on organizational initiatives.
• Responsible for driving and managing the change associated with organizational growth.
• Build processes and infrastructure to enable scalable, measurable and profitable growth.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 8 plus years of Operations leadership experience within the Financial Industry, preferably Debt Settlement.
• Proven experience scaling a successful Operations department.
• Strong technical skills.
• Extensive knowledge of financial principles, reporting and budget management.
• Experience using Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant software.
