The Office of Student Affairs at the University of California, Riverside School of Medicine is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the quality of student life experience throughout the four years of medical school.
Student Affairs provides a variety of services, including student enrollment, financial aid, academic records, physical and mental wellness, admissions counseling, career counseling, externships, residency preparation and professional development.
The incumbent will apply skills as a recruitment and / or admissions professional, provide substantive information on student programs for the organization or in college / school / department.
Performs recruitment activities. Evaluates and makes determinations regarding applications for admission using established guidelines.
Please note : This position may offer a hybrid work schedule with three days onsite and two days remote. However, there may be occasions when additional campus presence is required, depending on the workload.
The full salary range for the Admissions Recruitment Specialist 2 is $56,000 to $96,400 annually. However, the expected pay scale for this position is up to $76,200 annually.
We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.
Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff.
As a University employee, you will be required to comply with all applicable University policies and / or collective bargaining agreements, as may be amended from time to time.
Federal, state, or local government directives may impose additional requirements.
