Job Summary

Midwest Center for Hope & Healing (MCHH) is actively seeking an accomplished and dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC, LCPC, LMFT, LCSW) to enrich our dynamic team.

We invite therapists to apply who are committed to a caseload of 10-20 hours per week. Candidates willing to accommodate daytime, evening and weekend hours will be regarded favorably.

At Midwest Center for Hope & Healing, we provide an array of therapy services encompassing individual, couples, family, and group therapy, and we are continuously seeking accomplished individuals to enhance our team.

Responsibilities

• Perform intake assessments
• Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children
• Create individualized treatment plans for each client
• Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
• Ensure timely completion of all required documentation.
• Perform regular wellness checks
• Adhere to all facility and licensing standards

Qualifications

• Possession of a master’s degree or higher in counseling, marriage and family therapy, social work, or related fields.
• Licensing credentials in one of the following : LPC, LCPC, LCSW, LMFT.
• minimum of 1-year clinical client experience.
• Proven experience in working with diverse client populations, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
• Eagerness and motivation to engage in ongoing continuing education to remain at the forefront of the latest research and evidence-based therapeutic methods.
• A deep passion for delivering outstanding therapy to high-functioning clients in a supportive, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Availability and willingness to participate in weekly group meetings and supervision sessions, either on-site or via Zoom.
• Flexibility to commit to a schedule of 10-20 clinical hours per week.
