Our client is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team, open due to an internal promotion!
PERFORMANCE SUMMARY :
The Sr. Financial Analyst is responsible for maintaining records of manufacturing costs and inventory valuation, preparing related reports and summaries, and participating in cost and capital analysis projects.
This role also involves participating in the monthly closing process, assisting plants with standard costing procedures, performing various product line and business profitability analyses, and maintaining accounting master data and configurations within SAP.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Maintain standard costing processes and master data.
- Analyze manufacturing costs and variances.
- Prepare annual budgets for manufacturing and distribution operations.
- Provide financial assistance to manufacturing plants and operations managers for understanding costs and troubleshooting accounting-related transactions.
- Perform analysis projects related to product profitability.
- Assist manufacturing plants in accurately accounting for inventory.
- Assist with the monthly closing process.
- Provide support and user knowledge for SAP testing, maintenance, and upgrades.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
7+ years of manufacturing accounting experience.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS :
Accounting degree required.
SKILLS REQUIRED :
- Excellent communication and financial analysis skills.
- Strong spreadsheet and computer skills.
- Extensive experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

SALARY RANGE :
$80,000-130,000 Plus bonus potential
