Summary :

In this role, you will leverage Vizient’s data breadth, data scale and unique relationships with providers and suppliers and to transform healthcare delivery in our country.

You will empower and elevate Vizient’s employees through the use of Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI). You will foster a user-centered approach to Generative AI and creative automation, utilizing methodologies to ensure that our technological investments are based on user value.

Responsibilities :

• Lead strategy for AI technology program across a diverse set of teams. Leverage AI expertise to develop a strategic plan that includes technology roadmaps, resource allocation, timelines, and milestones.
• Define the goals and objectives of the AI initiative in alignment with the broader business or organizational strategy.
• Conduct feasibility studies and preliminary research to assess the potential impact and viability of AI solutions.
• Lead and coordinate large and small change management efforts to meet the needs of AI adoption goals across Vizient.
• Collaborate closely with other AI strategy team members to develop a high-level vision for how Vizient can create value by applying generative AI across its business.
• Provide oversight, guidance and subject matter expertise as needed for critical high-value AI optimization initiatives throughout their lifecycle weighing ethical considerations and accessing AI risks.
• Co-create next generation AI-enabled workflow with stakeholders and identify needs for new skills, data requirements, and changes to processes.
• Monitor the AI landscape and emerging technologies.
• Monitor advancements, showcase Return on investment (ROI), and consistently enhance integration processes.

Qualifications :

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 5 or more years of relevant work experience required.
• Experience working with AI tools and technologies highly desired.
• Experience designing across multiple platforms and working with technical / design teams to create user flows and building interface mockups and prototypes desired.
• Experience leading strategic planning initiatives highly desired.
• Experience with or understanding of generative AI concepts (e.g., LLMs, GPTs, Co-Pilots, etc.) development workflows, and use cases desired.
• Experience working in healthcare a plus.

Estimated Hiring Range :

$102,400.00 - $152,200.00
