Assists with the planning, coordination, performance of design, analysis and liaison engineering supporting the development and production of products and services.
Experience with and detailed knowledge of FAA and EASA aircraft certification requirements and procedures is required. Flight Test Engineering experience in creation of test plans and procedures, safety / hazard analyses for safe conduct of test flights, and being able to effectively work as part of a technical teams in the accomplishment of major test programs.
Additional skills required : 1. Knowledge and experience of commercial aircraft flight testing. 2. Knowledge and experience with advanced flight control systems.
3. Working knowledge and understanding of aircraft systems including powerplant, electrical, hydraulic, fuel and ECS.Bachelor’s degree in engineering, a related curriculum, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
