Schedule : Mon-Fri 9am-5pm Salary : $55,000 / year
The Recruiter will focus on the sourcing, screening, and on-boarding of qualified candidates. Activities and responsibilities will include placing advertisements, organizing job fairs and campaigns, screening applicants, and seeing candidates through the selection and on-boarding process.
This recruiter must possess a professional, positive demeanor and be readily able to reach out to hiring managers to assess open positions and candidates.
Additionally, this person must be innovative, task-oriented, and determined in developing techniques and activities that attract talent to the organization.

Requirements
- Minimum of one year of experience in an HR administrative or recruiting function
- Minimum of an Associate's degree in Human Recources, Busines Adminstration, or a relared field. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience may be substituted for academic training
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
All candidates must be at least 21 years of age and be able to satisfactorily pass a CORI and reference check.
