AbouttheRole
TheCasino Host is tasked with cultivating relationships and enhancingthe experience of highvalue patrons within the casino realm.
Thisinvolves both attracting new clientele and nurturing existingguests eligible for Casino Host assistance. Employing a variety ofcommunication channels such as phone calls emails text messagespostal correspondence and exclusive gatherings the aim is toencourage repeat visits and fosterengagement.
Responsibilities
- Supervisedesignated player groups managing inbound services (Acquisition andRetention) and outbound sales based on provided SalesLeads.
- Collaboratewith team members to ensure customer retention across all CasinoMarketingsegments.
- Grantcomplimentary privileges within specified limits according to theapproved Comp Matrix considering gaming activity and programguidelines.
- Directhosted player events from inception tofruition.
- Upholdstandards of politeness confidentiality andprofessionalism.
- Exercisediscretion in communicating about customers and playeraccounts.
- Hostspecified special events delivering event feedback and P&Lreports as directed by the Director of CasinoMarketing.
- Fulfillrequirements and tasks for memberacquisition.
- Sustainthe development and management of databasesconsistently.
- Organizeguest visits encompassing meals and events and attend to guestinquiries and special requests for optimal convenience andcomfort.
- Assistin executing unique functions (parties tournaments etc.) includingcompiling invitee lists and conducting telemarketing efforts togather feedback on customersatisfaction.
Requirements
- Requireprofessionalism and resilience to manage public guests in a dynamichighpressure atmosphere on the Casino gamingfloor.
- Needstrong organizational skills to prioritize and handle multipletaskseffectively.
- Maintaina comprehensive understanding of player tracking and analysissystems.
- Demonstrateproficiency in timely problemsolving and adaptability knowing whento seek senior leadership support ifnecessary.
- Abilityto remain stationary for most of theshift.
- Learnand retain proficiency in computer systems and software includingMicrosoft Office Google Suite and casino management software aswell as procedures and regulatorystandards.
