Faulkner University is seeking a qualified individual to serve as Director for the Master's of Science in Management Program .
The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing, directing, and monitoring all aspects of the MSM program within the College of Business.
Faulkner University is a Christian university affiliated with the churches of Christ.
This is a full-time (40+ hours a week), 12-month position.
Summary of Duties :
- Recruit, interview, select and recommend adjunct faculty for the program
- Actively manage student involvement in our Learning Management System; coordinate with LMS technical and support staff
- Act as liaison between our MSM students, instructors, and various offices of the institution
- Monitor student absenteeism, make-up testing, enrollment, and other factors of their student experience
- Direct financial and budgeting objectives for the program
- Support recruiting efforts for program students; track and compile enrollment / retention reports
- Compile and maintain documents and reports needed for accreditation processes
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Science in Management (MSM) or Business Administration (MBA) required
- Experience in Learning Management Systems preferred
- Experience with Institutional design / course development preferred
- Active member of the church of Christ
