This position will be responsible for managing the quality and quantity of electronic components managed by CoreAVI, including testing, shipping, receiving, and inventory management of these components.

Due to the nature of this role, the successful candidate will be required to work in office.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Provide quality control inspection and other quality control activities supporting electronic component shipping, receiving, storage, and packaging activities.
  • Inventory management.
  • Ensuring all incoming and outgoing electronic products meet specified quality parameters by participating in screening and testing processes.
  • Provide troubleshooting support when incoming electronic products require disposition or product correction.
  • Ability to understand product coding and datasheets.
  • Ability to perform calculations and counts of products.
  • Create record inspection results relevant to product management activity.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory and operational supplies.
  • Analyze Data through virtual inventory system to keep inventory levels standard.
  • Work with team and leadership to fix problems.
  • Work closely and positively with other quality and administration departments, staff, and management located within the facility.
  • Support the Quality Department and Continuous Improvement Processes.
  • Identify and resolve workflow and production issues.
  • Ensure that standards and safety regulations are observed.
  • Address and discuss issues and proposed solutions with superiors.
  • Document quality assurance activities and create audit reports.
  • Make recommendations for improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in a Quality control environment
  • Experience in working with electronic components or in an ESD safe environment
  • Quality assurance / control experience preferred but not required
  • Must be able to stand, bend, push, pull, stoop, and crouch up to 50% of the time while performing this position's duties.

Asset Skills :

  • Attention to detail
  • Basic mathematic skills
  • Ability to distinguish minor, but significant differences between complex material part numbers / descriptions
  • Basic computer skills; Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel
