Compensation : $75k-$150k OTE (negotiable)

Location : Hybrid position in Chicago, IL.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct research on target demographics, economic trends, and customer needs to inform business development strategies.
  • Lead efforts to increase lead generation through various methods, including cold calling and B2B sales, to identify potential business prospects and support sales teams in acquiring new customers.
  • Cultivate relationships with new and existing customers, investors, and partners through consistent communication, follow-ups, and updates on product developments.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and reports to potential prospects, aligning them with the company's brand and mission while demonstrating the value of the product.
  • Maintain accurate sales analytics and manage leads and follow-ups by diligently updating the CRM system.

Qualifications and Experience :

  • Experience with CRM systems is advantageous
  • Demonstrates a positive, sales-oriented demeanor and attitude
  • Possesses honesty, charisma, loyalty, and a good sense of humor
  • Strategic, data-driven, and focused on achieving results
  • Capable of working independently or collaboratively within a team
  • Skilled in identifying potential leads, initiating connections, making calls, and scheduling telephone meetings
