Job Details

• Must be licensed in CA.
• Remote work available 3 days a week
• Public Entity Defense Expertise in defending governmental entities against a wide range of claims, including civil rights, torts, and other statutory violations.

Our attorneys are well-versed in navigating the complexities of public law and have a proven track record of success in both state and federal courts.

Labor & Employment Law Comprehensive services in labor and employment matters, including workplace discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, and compliance with employment laws.

We represent both employers and employees, ensuring that rights are protected and obligations are met.

• Regulatory Litigation Skilled in representing clients in regulatory disputes involving government agencies. We offer strategic defense and proactive compliance advice to navigate regulatory frameworks and minimize litigation risks.
• Healthcare Litigation Specialized in defending healthcare providers and institutions in litigation related to malpractice, regulatory compliance, and business disputes.
