LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an HR Generalist in St. Louis, MO . As an HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in managing various HR functions, including employee performance reviews and general HR duties.
You will work closely with management and employees to promote a productive and engaging work environment.
Title : HR Generalist
Type : Direct Hire / Permanent
Location : St. Louis, MO (100% on-site)
Schedule : Monday - Friday; Standard hours of operation
Compensation : $55,000 - $60,000 annual (Flexible upon experience)

Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the performance review process, including the development of evaluation tools and conducting training for managers on effective performance management.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews.
- Onboard new employees and facilitate orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and legal requirements.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and promote best practices.
- Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related inquiries and issues.
- Conduct training sessions on topics such as performance management, compliance, and employee development.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive workplace culture.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management.
Qualifications :
- 1+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of performance management processes and employee development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Pay Details : $55,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
