Accentuate Staffing is assisting an established manufacturing client of ours in the Garner area who is looking for a Production Supervisor to join their team.
This is a direct hire position working on 2nd shift, 3pm-11pm Monday-Friday, however must be available to train on day shift for 4-8 weeks.
Responsibilities : Production Supervisor is responsible for operating, maintaining and troubleshooting machinery and equipmentSupervisor is responsible for setting up and continuously monitoring equipmentSupervisor is responsible for communicating with and managing employees’ in regards to performance expectations, offering support, and providing guidance as neededSupervisor is responsible for documenting all necessary paperworkSupervisor is responsible for interviewing and training new employeesRequirements : Production supervisor must have 2 years supervisory experience in a fast paced manufacturing environmentSupervisor must have previous experience in interviewing and training employees as well as conducting performance reviews and performance improvement plansSupervisor must have a strong attention to detailSupervisor must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
