We are seeking a motivated and experiencedPersonal Injury Litigation Attorneyto join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven ability to manage a caseload through all phases of litigation. Key Responsibilities :

• Handle all aspects of personal injury cases from intake through trial or settlement
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Conduct depositions, mediations, and court appearances
• Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance companies
• Maintain client relationships and provide regular case updates
• Manage case files and deadlines with minimal supervision
• Collaborate with legal assistants and paralegals to ensure efficient case progression
