BCForward is currently looking for Forklift Operator Lv2 in Memphis, TN 38108

Position Title : Forklift Operator Lv2

Location : Memphis, TN 38108

Expected Duration : 2+ months.

Pay Rate : $15 / hr on W2

Estimated Start Date : 10 / 14 / 2024

Schedule : Monday through Friday 7 : 30-4 : 00 PM CST. Some weekends included.

Description

• Driving a forklift, and lifting, weighing, stacking and moving 50 lb bags of product for about 75% of the shift.
• These may be moved by forklift or by hand dolly. Good housekeeping to be always maintained.
• Work in a safe and efficient manner consistent with company rules and regulations.
• Run multiple pieces of equipment, i.e, batching mixers, pellet mills, grinders, grain cleaners; receives ingredients by truck and rail, monitors ingredients inventory levels.
• Manufacture products to ensure that they meet specifications, and HACCP requirements. Standing, walking, moving, climbing, carrying, bending, kneeling, crawling, reaching, handling, pushing, pulling, and working in small spaces.
• Driving will be required to complete certain tasks. Safe operation of a forklift is required.
• Must have steel toed boots
• Client will provide the rest of the PPE
• Must have forklift experience.
