Physical Therapist - PRN - Columbine Therapy Services
Columbine Health Systems is a leader in providing long-term care and services since 1971. Our locally owned and operated healthcare continuum offers a spectrum of services that focuses on patient centered care and positive outcomes.
We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate is available for (2) weekend dates per month.
Weekday availability is welcomed.

Minimum Qualifications Include :
- Must be a graduate of an accredited PT program
- Colorado DORA Physical Therapy license
- Experience in geriatric and long-term care preferred.
- New grads welcome.
- Knowledge of Medicare documentation and guidelines preferred.
Compensation :
Starting wages : $48.50 / per hour + weekend shift differential
