- Ongoing dates to be determined
- 24 hour call - 7a - 7a
- 4 shifts per month per locum
- Setting : Inpatient, Emergency Room, Call Trauma Level III
- FTE : 2.0
- Required Procedures / Job Duties : GYN Emergencies, Obstetrics including C-section
- EMR : EPIC
- Support Staff : RN
- Reason for Coverage : Gaps in coverage
- EMR Required Training :
- Module (learn lessons) Must be completed prior to virtual EMR training to attend the training
- EMR Virtual training - Only able to attend if Modules are completed before training. Virtual EMR training must be scheduled prior to the providers first day, to avoid the provider missing their first day
- Board Certified Required
- Active CO License Required or IMLC
- DEA Required
