Customer Assistance :

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate power tools and equipment based on their requirements.
• Demonstrate the proper usage and features of various power tools to customers.

Product Knowledge :

• Stay updated on the latest trends, features, and technologies in power tools and equipment.
• Provide in-depth product knowledge to customers, including specifications, benefits, and maintenance tips.

Sales and Upselling :

• Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling power tools and equipment.
• Identify upselling opportunities and accessories that complement customers' purchases.

Inventory Management :

• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels.
• Monitor stock levels and promptly report restocking needs.

Customer Service :

• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and returns professionally and promptly.
• Build lasting relationships with customers by providing exceptional service.

Visual Merchandising :

• Ensure the power tools and equipment section is visually appealing and well-organized.
• Implement promotional displays to attract customer attention.

Requirements :

• Experience :
• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the power tools and equipment sector.
• Knowledge of various power tools, their applications, and safety considerations.
• Communication Skills :
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain technical details in a clear and understandable manner.
• Sales Acumen :
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Comfortable with upselling and cross-selling techniques.
• Team Player :
• Collaborative attitude to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
• Tech Savvy :
• Proficient in basic computer skills.
• Quick learner when it comes to new product knowledge and technology updates.
• Physical Requirements : Ability to lift and move heavy items and equipment. Up to 40 lbs.
