Performs routine maintenance tasks.
Responds to hot / cold calls, changing out lighting, minor repairs to equipment, routine plumbing calls, replacing ceiling tiles, minor window and roof repairs, and conducts daily rounds of the facility to maintain a safe environment.
Assists other trades when additional help is required.
Education
Required : High school diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred : Graduate of trade or vocational school in related field
Experience
Required : Two years experience with a contractor or work in another type of trade.
