Job Summary
Rubric Behavioral and Educational Services, LLC is seeking a compassionate and committed Registered Behavior Technician to implement direct, in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy with our clients in the Arlington / Alexandria area.
Our ideal candidate would be someone with at least one year experience working with the neurodivergent population and is a certified Registered Behavior Technician.
More important than experience, we are seeking a candidate that is empathetic, thoughtful, and prioritizes our clients as much as we do.

For candidates pursuing their BCBA credential- Rubric is able to provide restricted and unrestricted supervision hours as well as individual mentorship.
Job Description
Work in-home with clients delivering 1 : 1 applied behavioral analysis therapy
Ability to implement BCBA directed behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programming
Ability to generalize behavioral therapy principles to apply in a variety of settings / situations
Collect accurate data and any additional required documentation
Must be an empathetic and flexible individual
Qualifications
Minimum of high school diploma
Experience implementing ABA therapy
Registered Behavior Technician certification
Active driver’s license
Active CPR / First aid certificate (or able to procure within the first 30 days of employment)
Strong written and oral communication skills
