Role Overview

We are seeking motivated, independent and experienced professionals to lead implementations of our digital insurance solutions for our clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire implementation process from start to finish, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

A positive attitude and a willingness to get stuck in is a must.

You will play a crucial role in understanding insurer requirements and transforming them into actionable delivery plans. Additionally, team members will manage ongoing insurer client relationships, ensuring that our platform meets their evolving needs.

• You’ll be tasked with owning the end-to-end implementation process, for our client deliveries;
• You’ll manage multiple simultaneous client deliveries, going above and beyond to exceed our clients’ expectations;
• You will build strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their expectations are understood and met throughout the implementation process;
• The role is heavily client facing, so you will be the face of the business;
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional areas, including product, configuration and business development;
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget;
• Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and other project-related documentation;
• Provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders and clients;
• Ensure that the implementation process is aligned with our company's strategic goals and objectives; and
• Continuously improve the implementation process, incorporating feedback from clients and internal stakeholder.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of software delivery processes and procedures is essential, ideally in relation to SaaS and PaaS solutions;
• Knowledge of insurance products and the insurance industry is desirable;
• We need somebody with an excellent understanding of client implementations;
• We need someone with a technical mindset experience of implementing technological solutions for clients is essential;
• Agile project experience is a must;
• Knowledge of data protection and data security protocols to make sure implementations are carried out in-line with ISO27001 requirements; and
• Flexible approach to working with a global team and clients in multiple geographic regions.

Behavioral Skills

• A natural leader and a problem solver owning problems on behalf of our clients and assisting with delivering solutions;
• Ability to cultivate relationships with existing clients to obtain information about future product and service delivery opportunities;
• Confident with working closely with international external stakeholders;

• Excellent time management skills - able to self-motivate and prioritize work effectively to meet deadlines; and
• Able to constructively critique work and own actions to improve the final solution.
