A week in the life of a Program Manager :
- Program leader responsible for building and growing our relationship with the Navy customer.
- Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they align with Navy goals and objectives in support of Program Management Office.
- Organizes, directs, and manages contract operation support functions, involving multiple, complex, and inter-related project tasks.
- Meets with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items.
- Establishes and maintains progress of projects to management and customers, organizes and delegates responsibilities to subordinates.
- Oversees the successful completion of all assigned tasks.
Job Requirements
- Active Secret Clearance
- 10 years of project management experience
- Demonstrated 1 year experience managing a team of 25 or more personnel.
- 1 or more years of experience with supporting submarine modernizations and in-service updates
- 1 or more years of experience with platform installation coordination, scheduling, and hardware / software deliveries
