MANUFACTURING CUSTOMER SERVICE

You will primarily be responsible for inbound calls / inquires and handling customer issues and vendors and working with Engineering & Sales Department to handle customer requests.
You must have professionalism, patience, and a people first attitude, while attention to detail is a must and good attendance.
You will be handling service and other product support including inquiries for service and product information, diagnosing service-related issues, and providing a stellar customer experience.
You will be required to work on the Shop Floor in Assembly and Shipping to learn the Product and Product Lines during the Training Process.
Duties and Responsibilities
Receive incoming calls from customers and vendors providing product support.
Accept and handle technical / diagnostic calls and process emails / requests.
Respond to customers and field emails.
Document support calls in tracking database.
Complete status updates.
Performs other specific duties or assignments as directed by the Engineering Department.
Qualifications
High school education or equivalent is required.
Minimum 1-year call center / customer service experience.
Must have technical / diagnostic ability along with analytical ability to diagnose problems above basics, and basic mechanical skills.
Ability to read / understand service manuals / bulletins.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills verbal and written, are required to effectively and accurately communicate via email, text, and telephone.
Possess an attention to detail and Problem solving skills a must.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and research product catalog and using traditional and online resources.
Working familiarity of various office equipment (telephone, computer, fax, copier, etc.) and be PC proficient with basic skills in Internet, Excel, and Word.
