Position Overview :
As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee various construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage all phases of project planning and execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Implement innovative strategies to improve project efficiency and outcomes.
- Negotiate, award, write and enforce contracts
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience in the construction industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
