Customer Service Representative
Representatives make between $35,000 - $45,000+ per year depending on performance!
TWO MEN AND A TRUCK is NOW HIRING enthusiastic, customer focused individuals! In this role, you will use your strategic selling skills, in-depth knowledge of company services, and compassion for others to build relationships with our customers.
This is a great role for those who are self-starting and enjoy a fast-paced work environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and online inquiries
- Recommend moving services and products based on cost, availability, and customer specifications
- Enter, schedule and coordinate customer moves
- Prepare and accurately complete all required paperwork
- Follow-up with customers post-move to ensure satisfaction
- Calmly and professionally handle customer concerns, complaints or customer service issues
- All other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 100% drug free
- Excellent customer service skills; effective listening and communication
- Friendly, positive voice, enjoys talking with others and assisting with their needs
- Confidence to initiate customer contact, and comfortable asking for the sale
- Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities
- Strong computer skills
