job_description.job_card.job_descriptionThis role will work directly with our territory’s top interior design clients to educate, collaborate, sample, and sell The primary focus of Senior Sales is relationship-building and leveraging this familiarity to obtain sales on all product categories and represented collections with a special focus on custom Senior Sales is both an inside and outside sales position with presentation minimums of thirty-two per month with an emphasis on presentations outside the showroom The territory includes Orange County and Las Vegas. Orange County requires a minimum of one in-person visit per week, and Las Vegas requires at least two in-person visits annually Be responsible for client growth through comprehensive all-product presentations, new collection showings, project specific meetings, and library updates A proactive outreach approach is essential—this means engaging clients over the phone, not just via email, to build and maintain strong relationships Keep Territory / Showroom Managers aware of all travel and client appointments and accommodate outside sales calls with Holland & Sherry sales leaders as well as outside vendors Keep clients up to date on all products and input all activity into our CRM system Work closely with Client Services to maintain quick, efficient, and accurate communication with clients on stocked products When in the showroom, Senior Sales must work collaboratively with the Territory / Showroom Manager to streamline day-to-day operations. Holland & Sherry is an industry leader and recognized for the highest quality products and customer service.
