Warehouse Lead

Receiving and processing warehouse stock products. Check and inspect the conditions of items and materials. Report any discrepancies.

Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment. Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Check and identify numbers and labels on assigned items and materials. Willingness to work overtime to ensure completion of work.

Operate pallet jack and other lifting equipment as trained and authorized by your supervisor. All other duties as assigned.

Successful Candidate Must Possess the Following Qualifications : Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management systems.

High School Diploma or GED. Experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the HVAC, plumbing, and / or electric industry.

Forklift license a plus. EPA Certification or ability to obtain upon hire. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners effectively.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving history. Proficient in managing inventory systems, including ServiceTitan or similar platforms, with a strong ability to track, organize, and optimize stock levels.

Experienced in creating and issuing purchase orders, with a solid understanding of vendor coordination and budget management.

Highly skilled in using computer systems and software applications, including inventory management systems, spreadsheets, and other tools essential for efficient warehouse operations.

Able to identify and address operational challenges quickly, implementing effective solutions to maintain smooth warehouse operations.

Meticulous in maintaining accurate inventory records, processing orders, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Comfortable with rapidly changing environments and able to adjust workflows to meet evolving business needs. Strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment, with the ability to enforce safety protocols, conduct regular inspections, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
