Licensed Medical Social Worker - PRN or part-time

Requirements :
- Medical Social Worker actively licensed or registered in the state of Arkansas.
- A minimum of three professional references on the application or upon initial contact.
Duties may include, but are not necessarily limited to :
- Provide rehab and supportive casework geared towards restoring patients to their optimal level of social, emotional & health wellness
- Help patients utilize appropriate family & community resources
- Refer patients to appropriate health & welfare agencies
- Consult & coordinate services with physicians and other members of the patient's care team
- Prepare clinical progress notes & incorporate into clinical record
- Participate in discharge planning & in-service programs
