You aren’t calm under pressure
- Leading and shepherding Early Childhood staff and volunteers
- Partnering with the Operations leader to oversee Early Childhood volunteer recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention
- Collaborating with other staff to plan and implement curriculum
- Overseeing Early Childhood event planning and preparations
- Working with the Early Childhood team to plan and oversee prep and set up for supporting and enhancing the weekend experience
- Partnering with IT on complex check-in processes, variances, updates, and other technology needs
- Comply with safety / government / medical policies and procedures to ensure a safe ministry environment
- Attending and / or lead meetings; hold Early Childhood staff accountable for action items
- A highly relational leader with a heart to shepherd and serve
- The ability to cast vision and lead by example
- A multi-tasker with the ability to prioritize competing tasks quickly; problem-solving skills
- The ability to use Microsoft Office and other computer programs; budgeting skills
- A Bachelor's degree
- An intimate walk with the Father, Spirit-led, and grounded in the Gospel
- An engaged member of SECC (or willing to become one) who supports our statement of faith, submits to the leadership established by the church, and lives out our church mantras in tangible ways
