General Responsibilities :
- Responsible for providing clinical services to individuals, couples, families, and groups in a co-occurring setting.
- Develops individualized treatment plan for each client per agency procedures.
- Provides a wide range of therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families and groups based on individualized assessment and treatment plans in conjunction with the treatment team.
- Completes comprehensive psychological assessments on each client seen in keeping with professional standards of practice as well as DPW, DOH and other third party requirements.
- Education / Training : A graduate degree from a college or university in a generally recognized clinical discipline in which the degree program includes a clinical practicum;
- LMFT, LPC or LCSW preferred. Experience : A minimum of three (3) years post Masters supervised clinical experience in an outpatient setting normally required;
experience in a drug and alcohol or co-occurring setting required.
ADA : Ability to sit, stand, lift, bend, reach, push, and pull items weighing up to 25 lbs.; visual and auditory skills
