We are seeking a Wellness Nurse Practitioner to join our team at
The center offers treatment plans for weight loss, hormone therapy, hair restoration and sexual wellness.
Responsibilities :
- Complete thorough and holistic consultations and develop appropriate treatment plans based on customer concerns, goals, and lab results
- Prescribe and administer hormone replacement therapy, supplement regimens
- Maintain charting / clinical documentation for each patient in electronic medical records
- Serve as an expert on aging wellness by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our products and services
- Collaborate with the clinical leadership on developing protocols for new offerings as we expand our services
- Optimize customer experience to ensure the highest standard of care is delivered to all patients
Qualifications :
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Missouri
- 3 years’ experience working in an outpatient medical setting
- Experience prescribing or knowledge of hormone replacement therapy
- Desire to continually grow your practice by learning new procedures and therapies
