To assist our clients with the next wave of change initiatives, we are seeking management consultants who have experience working on Banking / Capital Markets projects at leading financial institutions.
Our team of consultants will assess the current state, identify, and remediate issues, and advise on strategic changes to improve the business.
You must have valid US work authorization and must physically reside in the Tampa, Florida metropolitan area, within a 50-mile commute.

Required Skills & Experience :
- 4+ years of Management Consulting or Project Management experience.
- Four years of project experience in the financial services industry at a top-tier consulting firm (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, KPMG, EY, Sapient, etc.
global investment bank, or Fortune 500 company.
- Experience in Market Risk or Capital Markets Transformation.
- Prior Banking / Capital Markets experience working on projects in the Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office.
- Knowledge of trade lifecycle management and Equities, Fixed Income, and Derivatives products.
- Regulatory Experience related to CCAR, CECL, and Basel / RWA, etc. would be a plus.
- Experience working on regulatory consent orders & MRAs from financial regulators.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced challenging client focused environment where priorities and scope may change quickly.
- Creative problem-solving ability and a collaborative, consultancy mindset with a focus on exceptional quality in all deliverables.
- Strong organizational and verbal / written communication skills.
- Agile project methodology experience a plus.
- Intermediate / Advanced Data Skills working with Excel, SQL preferred.
- Ability to prepare PowerPoint decks for Executive and C-Suite audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Management, or a related business field (MBA or MA / MS degree is a plus).
The base salary range for this role is $80,000-$120,000
