Responsibilities

  • Employ advanced search methodologies across platforms to identify top talent, demonstrating autonomy within guidelines and staying updated on industry trends.
  • Craft personalized messages to engage prospects and sustain engagement, converting leads into candidates through adept phone interactions.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and business partners to understand requirements and shape sourcing strategies, utilizing partnerships and innovative approaches.
  • Monitor market intelligence for insights, researching new talent sourcing channels to uncover hidden pools.
  • Analyze sourcing data to document best practices and optimize efficiency, presenting diverse candidate slates while ensuring exceptional experiences.
  • Establish trust as a trusted advisor, providing insights on market conditions and fostering relationships with counterparts.

Qualifications :

  • Proficient in talent acquisition, focusing on proactive sourcing and performance tracking.
  • Passion for innovation in sourcing and championing diversity and inclusion practices.
  • Experience in evaluating and implementing recruiting tools to enhance efficiency.
  • Commitment to continuous learning, adapting to evolving practices and technologies.
  • Seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
  • Proficient in utilizing a wide range of digital tools and platforms including applicant tracking systems, CRM software, advanced sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, virtual communication platforms such as Zoom, and adept at leveraging social media platforms for talent acquisition purposes.
  • Commitment to championing best-in-class diversity and inclusion practices for recruiting and hiring.
  • Familiarity with the game development industry is advantageous, but not required.
