The Head of Integrated Services and Enterprise Payments will lead Ford Credit in payments, billing and subscriptions. This role is part of our overall Digital Transformation by building, growing, and maintaining Ford Credit's digital assets and touchpoints across Ford Credit operations.
This digital transformation will deliver a best-in-class end-to-end customer experience, making Ford Credit a loyalty machine.

This position is a new position reporting to the Head of Digital Engineering, who reports to the CTO.
You'll have
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent work experience
10+ years of experience in the banking, financial services, or related industry
10+ years’ experience building and maintaining high performing global technology teams
Expert knowledge of business banking products, payments and subscription solutions, and related laws and regulations required
Experience driving large-scale, customer facing subscription product offerings
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization
