No prior insurance experience is required just a desire to learn and a commitment to excellence. We’ll support you every step of the way, including helping you get licensed in Property & Casualty insurance within your first 120 days.

Key Responsibilities :

• Run the Show : Oversee daily office operations, from supply management to vendor negotiations, ensuring everything is organized and efficient.
• Support Our Agent : Provide administrative support, handle scheduling, and keep correspondence on track to help our agent stay focused on clients.
• Client Care : Assist with onboarding new clients, maintain organized records, and make sure all client needs are met promptly.
• Lead the Team : Supervise support staff, manage schedules, and coordinate training to keep the team performing at its best.
• Stay Compliant : Keep the agency up to date with state regulations, manage employee licensing, and ensure documentation is in order.
• Financial Management : Handle billing, invoicing, payroll coordination, and basic bookkeeping tasks to keep finances in check.
• Boost Sales & Marketing : Assist with sales initiatives, plan events to engage clients, and support marketing efforts to drive growth.
• Tech Savvy : Oversee office software and equipment, and be the go-to person for tech-related issues.

What We’re Looking For :

• Willingness to Learn : No insurance experience is necessary. We’ll provide the training you need, including support for obtaining a Property & Casualty insurance license within 120 days.
• Leadership Mindset : Experience supervising staff or leading teams is a plus.
• Strong Organization : You thrive on keeping things organized and managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent Communication : Great at interacting with people, both verbally and in writing.
• Tech Skills : Comfortable using MS Office and willing to learn new tools.
• Problem Solver : You don’t just spot problems you fix them.

Compensation :

• Salary Range : $45,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on qualifications
