Mechanical Engineer - Entry Level
Growing Billion dollar Co in Robards KY has aneed for an entry level Mechanical / Reliability Engineer. We areseeking a highly motivated and detailoriented to join ourEngineering department.
As a Reliability Engineer you will play acrucial role in optimizing our manufacturing processes improvingefficiency and ensuring quality standards aremet.
Responsibilities :
- Analyzeexisting manufacturing processes / equipment and identify areas forimprovement
- Develop and implement processimprovements to increase efficiency reduce waste and improvequality
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teamsto ensure smooth implementation of processchanges
- Monitor and analyze process data toidentify trends and opportunities foroptimization
- Conduct root cause analysis forprocess failures and implement correctiveaction
- Bachelors degree in Chemical EngineeringMechanical Engineering or a related field
- 03years experience out of college
- Strongknowledge of equipment / process optimization techniques andmethodologies
- Proficient in process simulationand modeling software
- Excellent analytical andproblemsolving skills
- Ability to workeffectively in crossfunctional teams
- Strongcommunication and interpersonalskills
- Attention to detail and ability toprioritize tasks
- Knowledge of regulatory andsafety requirements
