General Manager- Dual or Tri-Brand Locations
Salary : $55,000- $65,000 plus monthly bonus of 5-35% of base
Position Description :

As a key member of the Oberweis Team You Will :
- Lead by example with your own creative and innovative management style.
- Take initiative to find new and more effective ways of increasing sales to grow the business.

- Demonstrate a good work ethic and contagious passion for your job.
- Be responsible for operating both co-branded concepts within one physical location.
- Lead, manage, and motivate your team to supply the highest level of guest satisfaction and top-notch product quality.
- Execute the day-to-day operations in one of our stores.
- Lead, supervise, and train all employees in every phase of product preparation, including product portioning, packaging, and cleaning duties.
- Manage cost controls and inventory.
- Participate in the succession planning process of the organization.
