Private Credit Associate
H&P is mandated on a search for a fast-growing middle-market private credit firm focused on direct lending to middle-market technology and software companies.

Position Overview : As a Private Credit Associate, you will play a crucial role in their lending operations, assisting in the evaluation and management of lending opportunities.
You will work closely with the investment team to identify, assess, and execute lending transactions that align with their investment strategy.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence on potential borrowers.
- Assist in the underwriting process, including credit risk assessment and financial modeling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure loan transactions that meet our investment criteria.
- Monitor the performance of existing loan portfolios and recommend appropriate actions.
- Stay current on market trends and industry developments to identify new lending opportunities.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in direct lending, investment banking, or a related finance role.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of integrity and professionalism.
