Job Summary :

As a Lawn Care Agronomist / Technician at Canopy Lawn Care, you will play a crucial role in delivering world-class lawn care services while building and expanding our customer base.

You will have the autonomy to manage a daily route, using our proprietary eco-friendly lawn care program, and will be incentivized to grow the business through exceptional service and sales.

This role offers significant opportunities for advancement as our business continues to expand.

Key Responsibilities :

• Apply fertilizers, weed control, and other lawn care products as per Canopy’s proprietary lawn care program, focusing on building healthy soil and promoting sustainable lawn care practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service and expert recommendations.
• Independently manage a daily route, ensuring timely and accurate application of lawn care treatments.
• Actively seek opportunities to expand services for existing customers and acquire new customers.
• Maintain detailed records of services performed and ensure clear communication with customers.
• Operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment in a safe and responsible manner.
• Continuously learn and apply knowledge about new lawn care techniques and products.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in sales and customer service, with a passion for helping people and solving problems.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
• Enjoy working outdoors and have a strong interest in agronomy or horticulture.
