The Position :
Join a team of four other ENT physicians with APP support.
Extra compensation for the oversight of a local audiology practice.
- Monday - Friday with protected admin time
- One full day of OR
- Academic faculty appointment with adjacent medical school (Optional)
Compensation / Benefits :
- Guaranteed salary, with unlimited wRVU based compensation for subsequent years
- Full suite of benefits to include lifestyle spending account, 100% STD, malpractice and tail; impressive retirement contributions
- More than 40 days off per year and up to 7K for CME
- Recruitment incentives include generous signing bonus and residency stipend ($75K), relocation expenses and physician concierge services
