Job Title : General Production Worker
2nd shift (3 : 00-11 : 30pm) $16.00 an hour to start
Job Description
Join our team and be trained to perform electronic assembly of switches for various sectors including military, government, agriculture, and healthcare.
You will handle small parts, requiring good hand / eye dexterity, and work with hand tools to build different component parts.
You will gather necessary materials, place components onto PC boards, and use small precision hand tools. The role involves standing and sitting throughout the day, paying close attention to detail.
Additionally, you will be trained on ultrasound lines for mechanical assembly, working at a conveyor belt and following work orders to assemble ultrasound parts.
Responsibilities
- Assemble electronic switches for various sectors.
- Handle small parts with good hand / eye dexterity.
- Work with hand tools to build component parts.
- Gather necessary materials for assembly.
- Place components onto PC boards using precision hand tools.
- Work at individual stations, standing and sitting throughout the day.
- Pay close attention to detail during assembly.
- Train on ultrasound lines for mechanical assembly at a conveyor belt.
Essential Skills
- Experience in electronic assembly.
- Ability to handle small parts with precision.
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to stand and sit for extended periods.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Solder certification is a plus but not required.
- Experience with pick and place is beneficial.
