Catering & Event Sales Manager Responsibilities
- Detail and execute corporate, social, weddings, and non-profit, events
- Engage in catering / wedding shows / expos / fairs for company exposure
- Conduct property tours and entertain planners of meetings, social events, and weddings
- Deliver accurate banquet event orders on a timely basis
- Drive catering sales
- Monitor, coordinate, and communicate event bookings
Catering & Event Sales Manager Qualifications
- 2-4 years in a similar role
- Previous luxury and / or independent hotel experience required
- Previous catering and high-end wedding sales experience
