Job Title : EVS Supervisor
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced EVS Supervisor with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role within a hospital environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading a food service team and / or environmental services, as well as experience with payroll.
The role requires strong English communication skills and the ability to manage day-to-day operations effectively.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, direction, and management oversight for the continuous improvement of the standard EVS operating model within the facility.
- Make sound business decisions in support of the hospital’s mission and vision.
- Demonstrate leadership by providing an optimal environment for patient care, safety, service, and value.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the department to ensure a consistently high level of cleanliness and aesthetics for patients, visitors, and staff.
Essential Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a hospital environment.
- Experience with leading a food service team and / or environmental services.
- Experience with payroll management.
- Strong English communication skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in EVS, environmental service, customer service, and management.
- Knowledge in food service, sanitizing, custodial, medical, general labor, hospitality, and foodservice.
