895.5515. FULL DESCRIPTION : Our client has an immediate opportunity for Industrial Maintenance Supervisor on all shifts.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment. Food, beverage or packaging line maintenance experience is preferable as is familiarity with common bottling, labeling, packaging equipment, ink jet coders, conveyors and all supporting equipment.
The selected candidate will be responsible for : -Work with production personnel to maintain operational effectiveness-Preventative maintenance and breakdown repair-Equipment installation support-Test and diagnose machine faults - Mechanical and Electrical.
- Calibrate and repair machines as needed-Read and interpret manuals, blueprints, electrical circuitry diagrams-Troubleshoot machinery and systems using diagnostic equipment-Perform scheduled maintenance -PM's, Improvements, Etc.
- Remove and replace faulty components-Maintain safe work environment The selected candidate will also possess : -Minimum 7 years maintenance experience - manufacturing-Minimum 2 years as a Lead or Supervisor within a manufacturing setting-Strong knowledge of general industrial automation - photo eyes / pneumatics-Familiarity with filling and packaging equipment (bottle fillers, labelers, sleeve applicators, ink jet coders, pumps, conveyors)-Boiler, Chiller, Air compressor maintenance and operation - HVAC a plus-Pneumatic system troubleshooting-Strong analytical skills-Understanding of OSHA safety standards-Working knowledge of control circuits and control power-Strong Mechanical background-Must have own hand tools-Good attendance history-Ability to work as a team-Good verbal and written communication Salary Range : $70k-$80k / yrFor immediate and confidential consideration, please email your resume to brooks@ or call 469.
