This position is a contract with the opportunity to transition to direct, which will be on-site in the Lake Mary area.SummaryThe Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for delivering product updates and technical updates to our users and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have experience in creating, managing, and optimizing email campaigns, with a strong understanding of product lifecycle communication and technical content.

Job Description : Email Campaign Management : -Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns to communicate product updates, new features, bug fixes, and other technical updates to customers and internal stakeholders.

• Develop segmented email lists to ensure relevant messaging reaches the appropriate audience.-A / B test email content, subject lines, and sending times to optimize open rates and & Editing : -Write and edit clear, concise, and engaging email copy that effectively communicates technical information to a non-technical audience.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and customer support teams to gather accurate and up-to-date information for email content.
• Create visually appealing email templates using HTML and email marketing tools, ensuring consistency with brand & Workflow Optimization : -Set up and manage automated email workflows to streamline the delivery of product updates and technical information.
• Use CRM and email marketing platforms to track email performance and implement data-driven improvements.-Ensure emails are mobile-responsive and optimized for various email clients and & Reporting : -Monitor key email marketing metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Provide regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting insights and recommending strategies for improvement.-Utilize analytics tools to track user engagement and feedback, refining email strategies based on & Best Practices : -Ensure all email communications comply with relevant regulations, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
• Stay current with email marketing best practices and trends, continuously improving the quality and effectiveness of email : -Work closely with the product development, sales, and customer service teams to ensure alignment on messaging and timing of updates.
• Coordinate with the design team to create supporting visuals and assets for email campaigns.Qualified candidates would have the following : -Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in email marketing, particularly focused on product updates or technical communications.-Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical information.
• Experience in a technology or software company.-Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.-Knowledge of email deliverability best practices and strategies to improve engagement.
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar tools.-Proficiency in HTML / CSS for email design and the ability to work with templates.
• Analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive decisions and improve performance.-Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
